7 Cocktails for Cinco de Mayo

May 5 is Cinco de Mayo, celebrating the day in 1862 when Mexico’s army defeated France in the Battle of Pueblo.  Although Cinco de Mayo isn’t an important holiday in Mexico, the United States has adopted the holiday as a way to honor Mexican culture, heritage and also an excuse to make great food, drinks and celebrate with good company.
